Returns & Refunds

Hello again, Stewiers.

We got some important information regarding refunds & returns.

Stewie Store accepts returns under certain conditions, but because of COVID-19 (the Corona Pandemic), we are no accepting returns, nor vegan chocolate boxes at this time, for the safety of everyone, but rest assure we will work with you to make sure a suitable and fair resolution is made.

Returns (if applicable)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can't honor refunds and exchanges for incorrect shipping addresses or wrong names provided, delayed shipping by the carrier, changes of heart or taste.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@stewiestore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues (if applicable)

We kindly ask you to please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late Refund (if applicable)

We want you to be happy, and we know that refunds are a pain sometimes.

We will notify you once your refund is completed on our side, however it may take some time before you refund is officially posted to your card, so please check with your bank.

Shipping (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. The shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please be aware that depending on your location on the map, the time for your exchanged product to be delivered to you may vary.

We want to take this opportunity and recommend you to use a shipping service that is trackable or purchasing insurance, in case your package go missing. Stewie Store can't guarantee that you will receive your returned/exchanged item.

Gifts/Gift Cards (if applicable)

We do not offer these options at the moment.
